Ordering, retailer enquiries, and any other contact happen through WhatsApp, not through this website. When you tap an "Order" or "Become a retailer" button, you leave this site and open a chat with Now O'Clock on WhatsApp. Any information you share there (your name, delivery address, order details) is sent directly to Now O'Clock via WhatsApp, and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
We use the information you send us via WhatsApp only to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry, and we don't share it with third parties beyond what's needed for delivery.
