These terms cover orders placed with Now O'Clock, the authorised VIGO Kombucha distributor for Malta and Gozo. By placing an order via WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.
This website does not process payments or orders directly. All orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp. Tapping an "Order" button opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message; you complete the order by sending it and confirming details with Now O'Clock directly.
Payment method is confirmed directly with Now O'Clock via WhatsApp at the time of ordering.
Now O'Clock distributes VIGO Longbrew Kombucha; we do not manufacture the product. Product information on this site (ingredients, certifications, nutritional claims) reflects information provided by VIGO. Please check the label on your bottle for definitive ingredient and allergen information.
Kombucha naturally contains trace alcohol (under 0.5% ABV) and a small amount of caffeine, as a byproduct of fermentation. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unsure whether this product is suitable for you or your family, please check with a doctor before drinking.
VIGO Kombucha is shelf-stable, not a fresh perishable product, but for food safety reasons we're not able to accept returns once a bottle has been delivered and left our hands. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any quality concern, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it right.
Stockist pricing, minimum orders, and terms for cafés, restaurants, gyms, wellness studios, and supermarkets are agreed individually and directly with Now O'Clock via WhatsApp, and are not covered by the consumer pricing on this site.
Now O'Clock provides products and information in good faith but does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its products, beyond what is required by Maltese and EU law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
